Ehup mate, looks like you had a good day out in the lovely weather, I’m gutted I was stuck in work! Glad to see you managed to find a continuation to the slabs; like you I’ve always hated the so called “easy” route down. I always think it would be easier down climbing the damn slab.

Looks like it was a good one mate! Meanwhile we could have done with a snowboard instead of cars to get down to Warwick for Xmas. Bummer about the ribs, I’ve told you before you need height to jump!

not great to be honest, my best is 1:32 (7 ish minute miles) but that was in Leeds which is a MUCH flatter route.
